Youngjoon Kim serves as Hosanna’s Lead Pastor. Since being called into ministry, Youngjoon has served mostly churches in need. He started his ministry in a Korean church in Closter, NJ as an English Ministry pastor and then went on to serve the children’s ministry at a Cambodian church in Connecticut. In 2017, Youngjoon’s family and one other family started Hosanna with the commitment that the church must be Jesus-centered and the idea of being like Jesus’ original church.

Pastor Kim holds a Master of Divinity from Nyack Alliance Theological Seminary and received ordination from The Christian & Missionary Alliance in 2007. He is married to his wife of 30 years, Haesung Kim and has three children Yong, Ruby and Melody.

Haesung Kim, who happens to be the wife of the Lead Pastor Youngjoon Kim, serves as the Assistant Pastor of Hosanna Church. She has an extensive history of serving as an education pastor. While studying at Nyack Theological Seminary as well as after receiving her ordination, she has been serving children’s ministry of all ages from preschool through college.

She is also the Director of Hosanna Daycare, a Christian daycare center open to Christians and non-Christians alike where she takes on the responsibility of caring for God’s precious children and providing them with a loving, safe, God-centered environment based on Christian values.

In her free time, Haesung is also writes poetry and has had several of her works published.
